Short courses We have lots of opportunities for informal, fun and interactive workshops covering numeracy, e-learning, child psychology, family finance, literacy to name just a few. These short courses (ranging from 6 weeks to 20 weeks) are run by Mel Arbon who has done a lot of work with our partnership over the last few years. Evaluations from her teaching have included, ‘wow, I really learned a lot and had a great laugh as well!’, ‘I didn’t want it to end... ‘, ‘I did child psychology and I really learned about what makes my child tick. It’s really helped our whole family and we are all happier because of it. Thanks Mel’. They are all FREE of charge and crèches are provided if necessary and run in your local area if the demand is there. You will gain recognised qualifications as well.
